Wrecked Car

so about two weeks ago, my Audi got wrecked. Some idiot guy backed right over it and totaled it. Its been nothing but a head ache ever since. Insurance companies fighting. took them a week to even decide if they would cover it. then another week to get us our check. We have only had out rental for four days. AND NOW we cant even access the money because there is a 5 day hold on the check. wtf. seriously. this is rediculous. its causing more issues then its worth and now we have to wait till dec 2 to even think about getting another car. AND to top it all off pats check wasnt deposited because of a tech error and they are closed untill monday now because of the holiday! urrr FML
